Visitation is on Sunday, March 10 for Dennis, who became a senior vice president with Heller Construction where he worked for 35 years, according to his obituary published by Freeman Manalapan Marlboro Funeral Home.

The funeral liturgy is on Monday at noon at St. Rose of Lima Church in Freehold.

Dennis was a U.S. Navy veteran serving from 1977 to 1981 aboard the USS Preserver, his obit said.

"Dennis was a lifelong New York Mets fan, traveling to Spring Training and all over the US to see the team play," his obituary said. "He also loved traveling with his family outside the baseball season, particularly to Hawaii, Prague, and Crater Lake in Oregon."

You could find Dennis and his wife, Kerrianne, at a concert venue seeing some of their favorite bands, including the Allman Brothers, The Who, and Eric Clapton, his obituary said.

In 2018, Dennis and Kerrianne realized a lifelong dream of purchasing a shore house in Cape May, which he aptly named “Sweat Equity,” the obit said.
